1. No Cancellation Policy
- StarInvest does not process any cancellations once a transaction or investment has been initiated.
- All purchases, subscriptions, and investments made through our platform are final and non-cancellable.
2. No Refund Policy
- No Refunds: StarInvest does not offer any kind of refund for registration, subscriptions, or any other services.
- Non-Transferable Funds: Any amount deposited, invested, or paid to StarInvest is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds or adjustments under any circumstances.
- No Refund for Account Closure: If a user chooses to close their account, any remaining balance or investment will not be refunded.
- Market Risks: Investments made through StarInvest are subject to market risks. Losses incurred due to market fluctuations do not qualify for a refund.
3. Exceptions
- Refunds will only be considered in cases of technical errors (e.g., double transactions or unauthorized deductions). Such requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction along with valid proof.
- In case of an error, StarInvest will review the request and process eligible refunds at its sole discretion.
